I Will Ensure Justice, Equity, Fairness Is Done, If Elected As Speaker Of 10th Assembly Chamber In Nigeria:- Hon Jaji

The  Federal House Of Representative Member elect representing Kauran Namoda/Birnin Magaji constituency in  Zamfara State, Dr Aminu Sani Jaji has promised to rancour-free and robust the equity, justice and fairness, if elected as speaker of 10th Assembly chamber in Nigeria.

  Hon. Sani Jaji stated this during an interview  with newsmen recently in Kaduna.

 "It's my intention  to make sure that we have robust legislation in the way that will give and ensure the dividends of democracy".

 He also noted that, "Once you refused to take the responsibility accordingly and allow other people to discharge that responsibility on your be half, that means you are failing and don't deserved the mandate given to you."

"We from North West have a lot of challenges that are needed to be addressed squarely, especially the area of security, we will make sure that we are able to augment and complement the efforts of the establishment".

"I think I'm the best for many reasons, if not by right, they don't have any right to aspiring for speakership, why because they lack the necessary qualification to be the presiding officer. He added.

Jaji insists that, he has the exposure to pilot the affairs of the chamber house being presiding officer going beyond just law making, there are many things involved at times, if crisis erupted between the establishment or the executive.

"To lead 360 constituencies representative, if somebody that does not have such experience and exposure emerged, he will not be able to handle such crisis."

"I was opportuned to chaired the policy chamber committee and many people know that I have done an excellent job  in addressing the issue of security.

"I chaired the committee on national securitizations and intelligence, under my leadership we initiated a  gigantic project, the counter terrorism center under the office of the national security adviser that's recently commissioned which is the best in Africa. He added.

 He further said that, "under my leadership we did bills, and of course, I was able to chaired some critical investigations, which if not because of the wisdom applied in addressing that, the integrity of not even the national assembly, but the country images would be at stake.

" For example, the NIA investigation which I  handled it very well, and also the clashed between the Shi'ites (Islamic sect)and the Nigerian Army, which I received more than 150 international mails regarding the issue, because of the understanding the rules of engagement, we have been able to get it done with out necessarily putting the Nigerian Army under accusations on wrong doing and maintained the sovereignty of our country against the law of international treaty. Jaji disclosed.
