Zamfara Gov, Elect Inaugurates 60 Member Transition Committee

The Zamfara state governor elect Dr, Dauda Lawan Dare has today inaugurated a 60  members of  transition committee for the 2023 incoming administration.

The 60 members transition committee inaugurated include, Former ainspector General of Police MB Abubakar, as the chairman, while Mujittaba Isah MNI former zamfara state head of service  as the vice chairman.

The rank of secretary goes to  Alhaji Hamza Muhammed Gusau, while Gusau Tsafe Federal Constituency Rep Member elect Hon Kabiru Amadu Mai Palace will serve as a member to the committee.

Other members are Senator elect for Zamfara central senatorial district, senator Ikira Aliyu Bilbis, all state House Of Assembly members elect, and some of the  Peoples Democratic Party PDP, among others.

Speaking  during the inauguration of  the transition committee, The Zamfara State Governor elect, Dr Dauda Lawal Dare informed the people of Zamfara state that, the purpose of inaugurating this powerfull transition committee is to pave way for the inauguration of new government comes may 29th.

He said, what ever recommendation they provide to his incoming government will assist him in bringing positive changes to the people of the state.

Dr Dauda emphased that Zamfara state is almost grounded, in all aspects of lives, ranging from poverty, education, social welfare, insecurity among others, hence there is need for the people to continue praying for us, so that we deliver devidend of Democracy.

He however charged the transition committee to discharge their duties without fear or favour, as all eyes are on them.

Dauda added that, they will also inaugurate sub-committees that will assist on easy findings of government properties in all the ministries in the state.

In his acceptance speach, the Zamfara state 2023 transition chairman, retired Inspector General Of Police Mr MB Abubakar, assured his committees readiness to work hard inorder to serve for the purpose they were chosen , calling on his members to work as a team for maximun output and support.

He said, they will discharge their work without fear or favour, and they must checkmate all nock and sundary where they are suspecting  government properties are hidden

The colourful inauguration was held at the Dr Garba Nadama Memeorial Hall, JB secretariat Gusau, and was witnessed by all PDP Zamfara state stakeholders and supporters.
