First Set Of Niger State Pilgrims Return Home After Successful Hajj Journey

The initial group of Niger State pilgrims has safely returned to Nigeria, marking the conclusion of their fulfilling Hajj pilgrimage. A total of 410 pilgrims arrived at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja, at around 2:30 Nigerian time, after boarding a Flynass Air flight that took off from Abdulazeez International Airport in Jeddah at 10 am Saudi Arabian time.


In a statement by the the  Niger State Pilgrim Welfare Board spokperson Hassan Danladi Idris  said the Board show it utmost satisfaction with the meticulous arrangements that ensured a smooth departure, strictly adhering to the schedule set by the National Hajj Commission. The successful return of the pilgrims from Saudi Arabia has brought immense joy and contentment to the entire team.


The successful return of the Niger State pilgrims marks the culmination of a remarkable Hajj pilgrimage, during which they performed the sacred rituals in the holy cities of Mecca and Medina. The journey not only deepened their faith but also fostered a sense of unity and camaraderie among the diverse group of pilgrims.


As the remaining groups of Niger State pilgrims prepare for their return in the coming days, the Niger State Pilgrim Welfare Board remains committed to maintaining the same level of excellence and meticulous planning. The safety and well-being of the pilgrims will continue to be their utmost priority.
