Gusau College Of Health Sciences And Technology Graduates160 Students

No fewer than 160 students have so far graduated from the prestigeous Gusau College Of Health Sciences and Technology, in various courses of studies offered by the school, since inception six years ago.
The registrer of the College Muhammed Bello Mukhtar disclosed this to newsmen in an interview, saying that all of them have already collected their licences.
Muhammed Bello added that, some of them are now working with government and private Hospitals accross the Country.
According to the registrer, the College offered six courses, which includes, Health Information Management, X-Ray and Imaging, Community Health Sciences, Lab Science, Dispensing Opticiary and Dental Health.
Similarly, the college has two courses that are inview for accreditaion, the courses include, Public Health and Epidomology and Disease Control.
The registrer noted that the above mentioned courses have been accreditated, and the college has not bean affliated with any Institution, they are on their own.
On the purpose of establishing such a prestigious college in Zamfara state, he said, it was established by an Indigen and philantrophist of the state to assist less priviledged persons to study varios health scieces with a view in contributing to healthcare development in the state
He however called on parents to always take care of their wards by paying their school fees as at when due, as according to him, the little money they are collecting from the students as school fees are used for payment of sslaries and minor repaires .
The registrer also used the medium and charged students to abide by the law governing the Institution as the college management will not hesitate to deal with anybody found violating the college laws.
