High Court In Kaduna Adjourns Hearing On The Assassination Of AVM Moh'd Abubakar

The high court in Kaduna has adjourned the court hearing on the allege assassination of late Air Vice Marshal Mohammed Abubakar, suspected to be murdered by one Mohammed Muhammad Giwa, to the second day of August this year.
According to the Chief Justice of the high court presided at court eleven, Justice Andrews,said court decided to adjourned the hearing till second day of August this year, given time for the dependent lawyer's to prepare for the defence against the six client witnesses presented before the court.
The late Military personal was assassinated in his resident at Rigasa Area of Kaduna, Kaduna state on eight of November 2021.
While briefing the journalists immediately after the court proceeding, the head of the lawyers representing the Kaduna state government, Mr Joseph Marcus Bobai,explained that, "we are here today as usual in continuation of hearing, today we called in six witneses (PW six) in conclusion of our presentation of six witnesses for the assassination of Late Air Vice Marshal Mohammed Abubakar."
We are satisfied with the court process, the judges are doing very deligent job,and they are doing their best, we are also expecting justice because we trust the process".
He however noted that, "Our case client is in custody with national corrections service for long, it's capital offence, he should not be granted bail unless on bail exceptional ground and circumstances which have not a reason."
Also the accused lawyer, Mr Chief Chris A Ekhasemomhe thanked the chief judge for given them enough time as requested to defence the six witnesses presented before the court.
