Institute For Leadership And Good Governance Holds One Day Work Shop In Kaduna

The Director General of Institute for leadership and good governance, Dr Peter Simon, has encouraged all their members to developed other leaders in providing qualitative leadership and good governance in Nigeria and Africa at large.
Mr Simon made the statement during a lecture and award presentation to fellows investiture on leadership and good governance, organised by the institute, which recently held at Asaa Pyramid Hotel in Kaduna.
According to him, the lecture which have severally conducted in trained institutions, organization's, public and private sectors in building the capacity of our leaders within the various levels of institutions.
"The lecture with the theme " of emerging leadership challenges and the imperatives of creative transformational leadership for good governance".
Mr Simon also noted that, his organization is an educational institute that's out to promote qualitative and good governance of the society, have also engaged in one way or the other.
He also called on their members to replicate what they have acquired during the training and shine as light when ever find themselves in various organizations.
In an interview with news men immediately after receiving the award, Barrister Haruna Abdul-aleem the deputy registrar University of Abuja, urged for any administrator to know that is a profession that's need to grow on putting the best work according ethics.
"Work according to the rules, concentrate on the rules that determined every things, no way we can achieve by excises outside the rules."
Another award recipient by the institute, Dr Innocent Ogucha, appealed to all individual in the society to emulate and inculcate the transformational leadership quantities in order to achieved the desire objectives.
He also advised the society to engaged and have a visions of bringing themselves and however their family members as per as possible to push good governance thinking and promote good governance in any part of our human endeavor.
Also speaking with our correspondent, Honourable Egmubi Abel from Bassa local government Kogi State, expressed his happiness and satisfaction for honoured as fellows member of the institute.
He appealed to the leaders to draw a button line compared with other countries that are developed, which previously our country are behind them.
