Zamfara INEC Holds 2023 State Level Post Election Review

The Zamfara state chapter of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has today held it's postmortom meeting with all the working staffs of the commission in the state.
The purpose of the meeting is to identify problems and success the staff recorded at the just concluded general elections accross the country.
Speaking to journalists on the purpose of the postmortem meeting, the Zamfara State Resident Electoral Commissioner Professor Sa'idu Babura Ahmed said, they are holding this post election review meeting in Gusau, as it is being holding in other states of the Federation including Federal Capital Abuja.
He added that, the presentation of the 2023 Post Election review discussion areas, Includes Template for Group Work Presentation Formal for Highlights and Report Writing among others.
Professor Babura highlighted the areas for discussion during the review meeting, which includes, General State of Preparadenes for the 2023 General Elections, Voter Acces Expansion Policy, Voters Registration Process and PVC Collections.
Others are, Voter Education and Publicity, Political Parties and External Stakeholders, Recruitment, Training, Deployment and Payment of Election Personnel, Transportation, Movement of Men and Materials, among others.
According to him, at the end of this post election meeting it would also pave ways for them to identify some problems during the last genaral election and find a solution to the problems againsts the next coming 2027 general elections.
