Maulud: Darika voice trains 141 women on skill acquisition

 In its part of celebration to mark the birthday of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, The voice of Darika Tujaniya Funtua local government of Katsina state, has trained  141 women in various skills acquisitions, and also gave them five thousand naira each for support . 

 Speaking during the ceremony,  the head of Muryar Darika Foundation, Malam Nuhu Kabir  foundation taxed each and every member, a token amount of money to ensure that the ceremony is done in a colourful atmosphere.

 According to him, after  the  training of the beneficiaries, the sum of  seven hundred and fifty thousand naira will be distributed as  support to 141 women,    trained on how to make cake, groundnut oil, zobo, suya beans cake (AURA), among others.

 In his speech, the Chairman of the Shura Council of Darika, Malan  Liman Abdulraham Jibil stated that Muryar Darika has spent more than 8 million naira in running its activities and supporting the poor and small scale business men and women in Funtua Local Government.


 Also speaking,  Khalifa Ali Saidu Alti said that, the celebration of the birthday of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, in this month gave us the opportunity to assist the less privileged In the society 

 The special guest of honour Governor Umar Rada, who was represented by Abdulraham Nasir Funtuwa,  expressed his satisfaction with the efforts of Muryar Darika to support the  vonarable and enterprising people, which is in line with Governor Rada's resolution  to help low-income people in their business.

 The Governor Rada called on organizations to emulate the  voice of Darika Tujaniya Funtua in  providing support to low income business men  and women to register their organization with state and the federal government to take advantage of the authorities in providing the support.

 In his speech the district head of Maskan Katsina, Hakim of Funtuwa, who was represented  by the mayor of Funtuwa, Allah Rabiu Ali,  expressed his gratitude to those who joined this group to help the community.  for self reliance . 

 And he called on the government to be sympathetic in helping the scholar who is in a difficult situation.
