Police arrest two suspected killers of Zamfara VON reporter, two kidnappers, one arm supplier

 Zamfara Police Command has today paraded three suspects in connection with murder of Hamisu Danjibga a reporter with Voice of Nigeria (VON) in Zamfara State.


The Commissioner of Police, Muhammad Shehu made the disclosure in a press briefing to parade the accuse persons which held in Gusau on Tuesday.


Shehu said that the suspects were his nephew Mansur Haruna who conspire with his friend Ibrahim Garba to kidnapped the veteran journalists and opened his resistance to followed them, they stamp him with knife leading to his death.


According to him the two suspects had confessed the murder during the investigation and some items belonging to the late Danjibga was recovered from them.


In a related development, the police commissioner  also paraded three other suspected  to be bandits who specialized in kidnapping women for rape and one suspected to engaged in  arm supply from Abia State.


According to him, at the conclusion of investigation all the suspects will charge to court.
