750 participants to contest Kaduna state Qur'anic recitation Competition

The senior special assistance to Kaduna state governor, Malam Uba Sani, on religious affairs, Hon.Abdulrahman Zakariyya Usman, has said that, "a more than seven hundred and fifty contestants to participate for the 38th annual Kaduna state Qur'anic recitation competition.

Honourable Zakariyya made this to known in an interview with pressmen,  at the venue of the competition recently in Kaduna.

According to the senior special assistance, the over 750 contestants have already arrived at the venue, all the representative from 23 local government areas of the state in differents categories that include both males and females students

 "All is set for the conduct of this year Kaduna state Qur'anic recitation competition."

 Honorable Zakariyya however explained that, "the winners of this 38th edition of Qur'anic recitation competition in all categories are to represent the state to the national level." 

The senior special assistance to governor, also commended the state governor Malam Uba Sani for sponsoring the competition in order to improve and encouraged our able youth for the recitation of the Holy Qur'an more especially in the Islamic Schools.

Tsafe Development Forum Appeals For An Urgent Support To The Victims Of Bandits Attacks In Chediya Ward

  By Gambo Abubakar Kaduna  The Tsafe Local Government Development Forum has called on the philanthropists in Tsafe, Zamfara and Nigeria at large to urgently assist the victims of bandits attacks in Chediya Ward of  Tsafe local government in Zamfara state.  The victims who are now taking shelter in various Internal Displace Persons (IDPs) camps within Tsafe and its environs, were in need of foodstuffs, shelter and medication.
