Insecurity Is The Tool That Hampers Progress, Hinders Economic Growth:- Dr, Kabiru Adamu.

A security expert, Dr Kabiru Adamu, has described the menace of insecurity as a tool that hampered progress,hindered economic growth and threatened the citizens of the nation, in respective of their ethnics and religious background.
Dr Kabiru Adamu made this known during the paper presentation at 2024 International remembrance day of Arewa Heroes, organised by Arewa Consultative Council (AYCC) which recently held at Arewa House in Kaduna.
The public lecture and awards ceremony which was titled; "The role of youth in curbing insecurity, illiteracy, unemployment, and drugs abuse for sustainable national development."
According to the security expert, "to eliminate insecurity in Nigeria it's necessary to address the root causes drivers required all the society and all government efforts in tackling the collapse value system.
Challenges on social cohesion,the ineffective and inefficient justice system, weapons proliferation, unemployment, illiteracy, and drugs abuse for sustainable national development is imperative. He added.
Speaking with news men on behalf of the awardees, the Deputy General Manager Nigeria Port Authority, Osuhi Airport, Delta state, Mr Egwuatu Ofeachi Winston, urged youth to avoid the acts or violence and all forms of offences.
He however, called on Nigerians to embraced the ethnics and religious tolerance for the benefits of peace and unity and the progress of the our country.
Mr Wiston further encouraged the youths to shun drug addiction, and embraced education as the yard stick measures their future generation, being pride up.
" I'm Nigerian believe in one Nigeria, born in Lagos study in the north, I'm associated with any one as Nigerian inrespective of where he came from, also believed in the sense of oneness."
He however thanked the AYCC for the Award conferred on him, and take it as a moral booster to do more towards the development of the people and the promoting the unity of my dear country Nigeria.
