Senator Ikra Aliyu Bilbis Donates Financial Support To 1,266 Patients On Admission In Various Hospitals

 The Senator representing Zamfara central senatorial zone, Honourable Ikra Aliyu Bilbis has donated financial assistance to over One Thousand Two hundred and sixty six patients admitted in various health care centres, for differents kinds of illness.

  The financial assistance has  captured four local governments areas within his constituency, which include Tsafe, Gusau, Bungudu and Maru have benefited from the support.

  Speaking while commissioning the financial support in Tsafe General Hospital, Senator Ikra Aliyu, explained that, "The purpose of given out financial assistance is part of their campaign promises, and assist the people  in one way or the other.

"This is the first batch of assistance given to the people  having  different categories of illness admitted in various hospitals for medical treatment, the financial support will help  them in purchasing medicine and foodstuffs.

 Senator Ikra Aliyu, also paid  a condolence  visit to the families of late Sani Kado (SK) and  late Umaru Gwado, who lost their lives recently in Tsafe after long time  illness.

Also speaking on behalf of benefited communities, the Tsafe and Bugudu local governments Sole Administrators, Alh Aliyu Barmo and Alhaji Nura Umar (M U), have commended the Senator Ikra for given out the financial assistance to their respective communities.

 They however described the support as  the right decision in the right times, they called on the people  to emulate the gesture in order to assist the people suffering with different category of illness admitted in various health care centres.

 The Emir of Kotorkoshi Alhaji  Abubakar Ahmad, saluted Senator Aliyu for considering  his town hospitals as part of the beneficiary of the program.

 He tasked the all tiers of government to redoubled their efforts in tackling the menace of armed banditry in the state.
