Senator Yari Condemns Murder Of Zamfara Islamic Scholar

Former Zamfara State Governor and Senator representing Zamfara West Senatorial District  Alhaji Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar has described the killing of the Chairman, of Gusau Local Government Council of Ulama as un-Islamic and Barbaric.

Senator Yari made this known in a statement signed and issued to newsmen in Gusau the state capital by the Chairman Publicity Committee, A A Yari Political Organization, Ibrahim Muhammad Danmadami

He said the killing has drawn the state back to the Jahiliyya period when human blood wasn’t sacred.

Yari further explained that the action of the Perpetrators shouldn’t be condoned by the Zamfara State Government and use every means to halt its future occurrence.

According to him, the death of Imam Abubakar Hassan Mada has created a vacuum, especially in the area of Islamic Education for the deceased had dedicated his time to the cause.

Yari condole the deceased family, JIBWIS, Zamfara State and Its National Headquarters under the Chairmanship of Sheikh Dr. Abdullahi Bala Lau and the entire Muslim Ummah for the great loss and Prayed Allah SWT to grant him Janattil Firdausi, Amin.

Tsafe Development Forum Appeals For An Urgent Support To The Victims Of Bandits Attacks In Chediya Ward

  By Gambo Abubakar Kaduna  The Tsafe Local Government Development Forum has called on the philanthropists in Tsafe, Zamfara and Nigeria at large to urgently assist the victims of bandits attacks in Chediya Ward of  Tsafe local government in Zamfara state.  The victims who are now taking shelter in various Internal Displace Persons (IDPs) camps within Tsafe and its environs, were in need of foodstuffs, shelter and medication.
