COL. ABDULMUMINI, JARUMIN KEFFI, AMOKACHI, LAWAL, NAYARA PAID TRIBUTE TO LATE IBRAHIM BABANGIDA

   The former Borno state governor, Colenel Abdulmummuni Aminu (rtd), has paid tribute to the families of the former Super Eagles player Tijjani Babangida over the demised of his younger brother late Ibrahim Babangida who died  in a fatal motor accident.

, speaking to newsmen after paying the condolence recently in Kaduna, the former Nigerian Football Assocition (NFA) described the Ibrahim death as a "huge loss to the nation." 

  He however, praised Ibrahim's contributions to Nigerian football, saying, "Babangida is a great Nigerian and a great player who displayed his patriotism in making the country proud by winning the gold medals.

 The former NFA chairman proudly referred to Ibrahim and his teammates as "my children," emphasized that the country's footballer  deserve more recognition.

   Speaking on behalf  of the family members,  the Jarumin Keffi who is also an Immigration Officer  in charge of Anti Corruption, at Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Ikeja Lagos, Alhaji Sadiq Abubakar Mohammed.  expressed his deep condolence to the family, particularly his wife, who extremely is the younger sister to late Ibrahim.described late as gentleman, quite and courageous man.

  "A great strategist, a mediator, and a peacemaker. His soft-spoken nature and wisdom always helped resolve family disagreements and brought us closer together," he said.

"I have lost a friend, an in-law, and a respected family member who was the confidant of the entire family. His passing have left a huge vacant in the family."

  The Keffi traditional title holder, also appealed for prayers and support during this difficult time, May Allah grant Ibrahim eternal peace and forgive his sins. May his soul rest in perfect peace, and may his legacy continue to inspire and guide the family and community.

  Jarumin Keffi further called on the peoples especially his relatives, friends and business associate to immulate Ibrahim's Character, Attitude, compassions and his wisdom, may Allah grant him with Aljannatis Fiddausi.
