Zamfara APC Crisis Deepens As Another Faction Emerges, Says Danfulani, Others Remained Suspended

The All Progressive Congress APC, Zamfara state chapter, has today ran into another crisis, as Hon Aminu Sani Jaji faction headed by Alhaji Isiyaku Ajiya Anka, who paraded himself as the acting chairman has emerged 

Speaking to the crowds at stakeholders meeting in Gusau, the State capital, Alhaji Isiyaku Ajiya Anka said that the suspended Chairman of the party and his secretary divided the party into different political groups and denied other State executive members of the party their right

The acting chairman  of the party has insisted that the State party chairman, Hon. Tukur Umar Danfulani, Secretary, Ibrahim Umar Dangaladima and other members who were suspended by their wards due to internal crisis remain suspended.

According to him, most members of the party in the State were denied the chances of participating in the party's activities, thereby becoming subversive working against the party's interest, unity and development in the State.

He added that, it is in view of their bad characters to the party, that  they decided to summon a  stakeholders' meeting in order to discuss issues for the unity and overall development of their great party in the State, as well as provide avenue for solving the problems and challenges currently facing the party in the State.

He  therefore  called on the security agencies and the National Headquarters of APC  to prevent these individuals from parading themselves as the leaders of the party henceforth"

The acting chairman explained to the his supporters that they are aware, Zamfara State has been facing security challenges for years, in this regard, our party is always committed to supporting the government and all relevant agencies in addressing the security challenges in all parts of the State"

"We therefore appeal to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to as a matter of urgency take all necessary measures towards fighting the menace of insecurity and other heinous crimes bedeviling the State"

Speaking further, he said that the people of the State have raised serious concerns over the security situation in the area, hence the need for the president to act now so that people of the state can sleep with their two eyes closed.

 "I want use this opportunity to call on party members to continue to pray for peace, progress and betterment of the people of Zamfara State and offer special support, understanding and corporation to the new leadership pf the APC in the State"

"As the Ag. Chairman of the party, I would like to assure you of my commitment to the success of the party's unity, progress and wellbeing of all the members without discrimination, bias, favour or il-will toward any one"

"I affirm that, I would carry along everyone and I shall Insha Allah give you purposeful and strong leadership so that every member would feel that he belongs and is taken care of by my leadership"

"The APC in Zamfara under my watch shall be an example of good governance, integrity, probity and transparency with an open-door policy for every member"
