Nigeria @64:- Yari Organises Special Prayers For The Restoration Of Peace In Nigeria

Former Zamfara state governor and senator representing Zamfara west senatorial district Senator Abdul Aziz Yari has today in Mafara organised a special prayers, seeking God's guidance to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the restoration of peace in the country.

Addressing the crowds of the Ulamas, Hon Yari said that, he decided to organise the special prayers instead of celebrating Independence Day, as according to him Nigeria needs God's intervention for peace to be restored in the country.

He said, President Tinubu has a good plans to Nigerians most especially in the fight against banditry, and other criminal activities that bedeviled the socio economic of the country.

"As far as I know, our president is doing everything humanly to overcome the insecurity situation in the country, that's why when the council of Ulamas visited him last three months,  told them that this  presidency seat, needs to be backed up with prayers.

He added that, the president will not relent in his efforts to bring to an end of bandits and banditry, as according to him, the on going fight against the bandits is yielding more fruitful results, stressed that the bandits are now running from one angle to another.

"They are afraid, they don't come out and face our gallant security personnel, they always hide and send a video clips to the public, even them we will finish them in a shorter time.

He however called on other Nigerians where ever they are to pray for the country. so that peace can be restored, the prayer session, over seventeen clerics offered the prayers.

Tsafe Development Forum Appeals For An Urgent Support To The Victims Of Bandits Attacks In Chediya Ward

  By Gambo Abubakar Kaduna  The Tsafe Local Government Development Forum has called on the philanthropists in Tsafe, Zamfara and Nigeria at large to urgently assist the victims of bandits attacks in Chediya Ward of  Tsafe local government in Zamfara state.  The victims who are now taking shelter in various Internal Displace Persons (IDPs) camps within Tsafe and its environs, were in need of foodstuffs, shelter and medication.
