MUSLIM FOR ISLAMIC CULTURE & AWARENESS KADUNA HOLDS 22ND RAMADAN LECTURE

The Muslims for Islamic Culture and Awareness (MICA) Kaduna state have organised a 22nd Ramadan lecture series on unifying Muslims amongst three ethnicity in Nigeria.

 The 2025 one day MICA annual lecture series held at Arewa House in Kaduna.

 In his address , Professor Abdullahi Abubakar  Lamido Gombe, has called on the Muslims to uphold the virture of unity, togetherness, truthfulness and brotherhood amongst the Igbo Muslims, Hausa Muslim and Yoruba Muslims in Nigeria.

  Malam Lamido however, urged Muslims ummah to embraced unity, tolerance and sincerity in purpose, not allowed any acts of affairs that would separate the peaceful coexistence installed by prophet Muhammad SAW.

 He further encouraged Muslims to the importance of upholding and spreading peace among the society, and avoids causing harm to others human being,,animals by use of your hand, pen, and tongue especially in social media. 

Also Speaking at the annual lecture, the Commissioner of Justices Kaduna state, Barr. Suleiman Shaaibu, highlighted the peaceful coexistence restored by governor Uba Sani Administration.

 Urged the people's of Kaduna state to continue prays for the effort of governor Uba Sani in upholding peace in the state.

 In his short remark, Ustaz Isah Okwonko, called on Muslims in the north to attracts themselves in marrying ladies  convertees that accept the Islamic religion.

 He however noted that many convertees reverse to their former  religion because of absence of Muslim partner in marriage, its extremely easier to reach them through the Ulamas.

 The Secretary of  MICA Kaduna state, Abdulrazak Olalekan, said the purpose of organising the gathering is to filled the gaps of divisions created by the Colonialism, whose divided Nigerian Muslims to regional Muslim, Ethnical and sectis.

 He charged the Nigerian Muslims for being united as Muslims Ummah in respectives of their regional, sectional and  ethnicity, to embrace the acts of togetherness, showing love to others, brotherhood, and one united family.
