SOSG To Continue Construction Of Development Projects Accross The State

Sokoto state Government says it is committed to executing development projects across the state.

State Deputy Governor Alhaji Idris Mohammed Gobir stated that at the distribution of Pumping and Grinding machines provided by member representing Gada East Alhaji Kabir Dauda and cash donations by APC stakeholders in Gada Local Government area.

Alhaji Idris Gobir said this is aimed at ensuring that each local government benefitted with dividends of democracy under Ahmed Aliyu's Administration.

He said the state government has already awarded contract for the construction of about 4 Roads in addition to many boreholes being constructed in different parts the area.

Alhaji Idris Gobir therefore solicited the continued support of people of the area to the State Government for the attainment of the set objectives.

The Deputy Governor commended the law maker for the gesture pointing out that it would go along way in empowering the beneficiaries.

In his Goodwill message,the former secretary to the State Government Alhaji Sahabi Isah Gada said APC is still well grounded in Gada Local Government area.

Alhaji Sahabi Isah Gada stressed the need for stakeholders of the party to remain united for the continued success of the party.

Also commenting,the member representing Gada East constituency Alhaji Kabir Dauda said the 200 grinding machines and 100 pumping machines were aimed at empowering women and farmers in the area.

Alhaji Kabir Dauda used the opportunity to thank the state government for awarding various development projects across the area.

The legislator also thanked the stakeholders in the area for contributing 20 million naira for distribution to members of the party.
