Zamfara APC Chairman Donates 10 Million, 100 Bags Of Rice To Party Supporters

The Chairman Zamfara State All Progressives Congress APC, Hon. Tukur Umar Danfulani has today donated the sum of ten million naira, (10M) cash and 100 bags of rice to the party executives in the state. 

Handing over the money and the rice to the state Secretary of the  party, Hon. Ibrahim Umar Dangaladima to share among the executives, the chairman said the gesture is in appreciation of the hardwork, dedication and support of the party leaders towards the success of the party at all levels.

He further noted that the gesture is also part of his initiatives to improve the welfare of party leaders and to motivate them to be more proactive in the  discharge of their assigned responsibilities which in turn will make the party more acceptable and popular in the state.

The Chairman also congratulated the Muslim Umma in the state for witnessing this year's Ramadan Fast and called for special prayers for lasting solutions to the security challenges facing the state with dedicated  supplications in the Holy Month of Ramadan. 

Describing the months of  Ramadan as a period of sacrifice,  sadaqa, total devotion and repentance in order to have Allah's blessings and forgiveness, Tukur urged the faithful to double the effort to get closer to Allah. 

He also implored the well to do in the society to use the period to assist the poor, the less privileged, widows and Orphans to attract more blessings from Allah.

He called on the APC leaders and members to pray for total restoration of peace in Zamfara and the northwest region, adding that the ongoing onslaught against bandits and banditry requires total support and prayers to the gallant troops who have sacrificed their lives for the betterment of Nigerians.

Danfulani then thanked the party leaders in the state for their constant support and assistance to the party members across the state. 

He assured that the current leadership will create more democratic ways by giving every member a sense of belonging. 

On his part and on behalf of the executives, State Secretary of the party, Hon. Ibrahim Umar Dangaladima who thanked the chairman for the gesture said the donation was timely assuring that it will reach all the target beneficiaries.

Tsafe Development Forum Appeals For An Urgent Support To The Victims Of Bandits Attacks In Chediya Ward

Zamfara Health Ministry, Ministry Of Agriculture, WHO, Collaborate To Prevent Outbreak Of Anthrax In The State

Commissioner of Health Dr. Nafisa Muhammad Maradun announced this during a stakeholder meeting today at the Public Health Emergency Operations Center (EOC).  Massive  sensitisation and Vaccination for anthrax has already started in Zamfara State, and we need to improve coverage and sensitization in the state,"Dr. Maradun said.
