A Kaduna clergy Ustaz Adam Idris Mallamawa Fallakin Zazzau has called on the state government to include Islamic Schools in the country's educational system based on its significants roles play in educating the high number of people in Nigeria.
Fallakin Zazzau made the call today while interacting with journalists, during the graduation ceremony of Naseem International Academy Abakpa, which recently held at Sultan Bello jumaat Hall in Kaduna.
According to the Director general Orphans Academy Unguwar Shanu Kaduna, its fundamental right for each government to provide education to its citizens and inculcate discipline amongst the youths for being law abiding citizens.
"To provide education is not necessarily a western education, Islamic education most be involve in changing the attitudes and inculcating good characters to the people."
He however argued that, the Islamic schools are just assisting government in recruiting quality, loyalists, and responsible people whom play vital roles for the development of every society, its difficult to find Islamic schools graduates engaged in an immoral acts.
In his address, the chairman of the occasion, Sheikh Abbas Shehu, urged the graduands to sustain the seeking for further education, described it as the beginning of the journey.
He however encouraged the people and the government to assist the school authority, and tasked on the parents to double their efforts in providing quality education to their pupils.
The vice principal of the school, Ustaz Isah Ibrahim, said "the Naseem international academy started with Thirteen pupils and presently having over one Thousand pupils in different categories of studies.
"This is the fiveth edition of graduations, graduated more than Thirty students.
Ustaz Ibrahim also noted that, our major problem is we don't have the permanent site of the school, we are seeking for assistant from government or any private organisation or any connection to provide land for the school.
