Health Commissioner Lauds Gov. Lawal's Investment in Zamfara Healthcar

Zamfara State Commissioner of Health Dr. Nafisa Muhammad Maradun has today inspected newly installed medical equipment at Yariman Bakura Specialists Hospital in Gusau, praising Governor Dauda Lawal's investment in the health sector.
During her visit, Dr. Maradun supervised machines including Mammography, DRF, X-ray, Fully Auto Immunology Analyzer, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound machines.
The ongoing installations are part of Governor Lawal's recent efforts to upgrade healthcare facilities in the state.
"No state governor in Nigeria invests in the health sector more than Governor Lawal," Dr. Maradun said, emphasizing the governor's commitment to improving public health.
The Commissioner expressed optimism about the future of Zamfara state, stating, "in the next few years Zamfara state will be a tourism center, as Governor Lawal has improved every sector of the state."
Dr. Maradun urged the management of Yariman Bakura Specialists Hospital and other health facilities across the 14 local government areas to ensure proper maintenance of the new equipment.
She also called on residents to support Governor Lawal's "Rescue Mission Agenda."
The Commissioner commended Minjirya Health Service Limited for their faithful work in supplying major health machines installed in Yariman Bakura Specialists Hospital.
She said the company honored the mutual agreement signed with the state government by fulfilling all requirements in the contract documents.
