Zamfara State Health Commissioner Leads Meeting on PHC Leadership Challenge

 The Commissioner of Health, Dr. Nafisa Muhammad Maradun, has led a meeting of the Steering Committee for the Primary Health Care (PHC) Leadership Challenge. 

The meeting, held in preparation for the second quarter, focused on planning for the upcoming sensitization of Local Government Area (LGA) PHC leadership.

The meeting aimed to strengthen PHC systems in Zamfara State and prepare LGA PHC leadership for the challenge. 

The sensitization program is expected to enhance the capacity of LGA PHC leaders to deliver quality healthcare services.

The meeting demonstrates State's commitment to improving healthcare delivery and leadership in primary health care in line with his Excellency Dr Dauda's administration emergency declaration in health sector.

The state's efforts to strengthen PHC systems are expected to have a positive impact on the health and well being of its citizens.
