EID-EL-KABIR: REPS MEMBER AMINU JAJI DISTRIBUTES 3,000 RAMS, N300M IN ZAMFARA

A  Member of the Federal House of Representatives, Representing Kaura Namoda/Birnin Magaji Federal Constituency in Zamfara State Rt. Hon Dr Aminu Sani Jaji has purchased three thousand Rams for distribution to people especially supporters of the All Progressive Congress, APC in Zamfara state.

  The gesture was revealed by the Chairman Jaji co ordinating  committee, Alhaji Aliyu Abubakar MC, recently in Kaduna.

 The law maker however, also earmarked the sum of Three Hundred and Fifty Million Naira (300,000,000) for distribution to deserving individuals, orphans and vulnerable groups across the state as Eid-el-kabir Sallah welfare packages.

 According to the former Commissioner of health in Zamfara state, "the support is aimed to assist muslim faithfuls, especially the APC members and lesprivileged families to perform sacrifices and celebrate this year's Eid-el-kabir festivals in happy mood.

The beneficiaries include prominent personalities in the state, various categories of former political appointees, APC State Executives, Local Government and Wards Executives of the Party, State APC Elders, Former Directors General Forum, Former Local Government Councils Chairmen and Vice Chairmen and Councillors Forum as well as various categories of APC Associations and other party stakeholders.

Other beneficiaries include Islamic Scholars in the state,
State Executives of Jajiyya Political Movement  and Jajiya political Associations  across the state, orphans, APC Supporters, youths and women groups among others.

Meanwhile, the breakdown of the beneficiaries of the three hundred Million Naira (N300, 000,000) donated by Hon  Dr Aminu Sani Jaji include former Political Offices Holders across the state, Islamic scholars and Qur'anic reciters  both state, local Governments,  as well as Ward Executives of Jajiyya Political Movement across the state 

The gesture also to be  extended to the various APC stakeholders across the 147 Political Wards in the 14 Local Government Areas of the state.

According to the Chairman house committee on ecological fund, further earmarks his constituents of Kaura-Namoda and Birnin Magaji will receive a special package of both  Rams and Cash accordingly. 

The Aminu Sani Jaji also explained that the Sallah welfare package was part of his annual gesture to uplift the spirits and alleviate financial burden of Muslims in the state during the Sallah celebrations. 

 He however called on Muslims faithfuls to use the 10 Days of Zulhijjah and Eid-el-kabir period to intensify prayers for the sustainable peace and stability in the state and country as a whole.

Tsafe Development Forum Appeals For An Urgent Support To The Victims Of Bandits Attacks In Chediya Ward

  By Gambo Abubakar Kaduna  The Tsafe Local Government Development Forum has called on the philanthropists in Tsafe, Zamfara and Nigeria at large to urgently assist the victims of bandits attacks in Chediya Ward of  Tsafe local government in Zamfara state.  The victims who are now taking shelter in various Internal Displace Persons (IDPs) camps within Tsafe and its environs, were in need of foodstuffs, shelter and medication. Zamfara Health Ministry, Ministry Of Agriculture, WHO, Collaborate To Prevent Outbreak Of Anthrax In The State

By Aminu Abdullahi Gusau  The Zamfara State Ministry of Health, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment, and partners, have strengthened the one health approach to contain the incident of anthrax outbreak in the state. Commissioner of Health Dr. Nafisa Muhammad Maradun announced this during a stakeholder meeting today at the Public Health Emergency Operations Center (EOC).  Massive  sensitisation and Vaccination for anthrax has already started in Zamfara State, and we need to improve coverage and sensitization in the state,"Dr. Maradun said.
