My Invitation To Witness The Commissioning Of Developmental Projects By Gov, Lawal Is In order:- Wamban Shinkafi

Former All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) Gubernatorial Candidate In Zamfara state and now an APC Critical stakeholder in the State, Dr Sani Abdullahi Wamban Shinkafi has said that inviting him to attend the commissioning of some developmental projects by Gov, Dauda is in order .

Dr, Shinkafi made this known today  during a media chat at his residence in Gusau adding that Governor Dauda has done marvelously well to be appreciated in terms of his bid to transform the state.

He said for Governor of Zamfara to recognize him as part of the stakeholders to join the former President Olusegun Obasanjo in commissioning series of projects that are of immense benefits to the people of Zamfara State that is enough to appreciate the Governor .

According to him, there is no reason for him to ignore the special invitation given to him by  Governor Dauda, saying that people should try to keep away politics when the issue of Zamfara state arises.

Wamban Shinkafi added that is an honor for him  to be invited by a Governor out of over 6 million people and that shows that he has identified his relevance and his political exposure and he has no reasons to disappoint him.

"I'm a card carrying member of All Progressive Congress APC, and a person with recognition in the party from ward to national level, and I will remain in the party.

" But this will not stop me from saying the truth about the transformative agenda by the present Peoples Democratic Party PDP government in the state.

"Previous governments since 1999 have left Zamfara people with poverty, lack of education, insecurity, kidnapping for ransom among others.

He added that, Governor Dauda Lawal has inherited almost a broken State, but he has tried his possible best to ensure that he has changed the narrative.

"With the coming of Gov, Dauda Lawal as governor all the narratives have changed, he paid backlog of gratuities to retired civil servants, he settled WAEC and NECO pending money, provision of Vehicles to our security personnel and all logistics that are needed by them.

He also dualized Gusau as a capital, provides health care delivery accross the state, provision of Cargo Airport among others. Shinkafi said
