Zamfara Governor Sponsors 20 Youths to Attend International Youth Day Summit 2025 in Abuja

Governor Dauda Lawal of Zamfara State has sponsored twenty (20) vibrant youths from the state to participate in the International Youth Day Summit 2025, held at the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abuja.
The summit, which brought together young leaders, innovators, and changemakers across Nigeria and beyond, provided a great platform for Zamfara youths to share ideas, showcase innovations, and reaffirm the administration’s strong commitment to youth empowerment and human capital development.
The Zamfara delegation was ably coordinated by the Honorable Special Adviser to the Governor on Human Capital Development, Nura Suraj, who emphasized that the initiative was designed to unlock the talents, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit of young people in Zamfara State.
Governor Dauda Lawal, in his message to the participants, reiterated that empowering youths through exposure, innovation, and leadership development remains a key pillar of his administration’s Six-Point SMART Agenda.
He expressed confidence that the knowledge and experiences gained from the summit will contribute to moving Zamfara forward and preparing its youths for global opportunities.
This sponsorship reflects the administration’s resolve to ensure that the youths of Zamfara are not left behind in national and international conversations on development, peace, and innovation.
