Rescue Future Generation Charity, Nigerian Youth Future Fund, Others Empower Youth In Zamfara

The rescue future generation charity initiative, in partnership with Nigerian Youth Future funds, United State University Mitigan, and also United States government mission have empowered  youths of the Grassroot youth accountability watch network with the sum of two million one hundred thousand naira (N2.1M)

The empowerment was facilitated under the watch of Rescue future generation charity initiative, and the power of youth and justice movement, Zamfara State. 

Speaking to newsmen shortly after the ceremony, the executive director of the rescue future generation charity initiative, and also the team lead of the power of youth and justice movement in the state, Zakariya Haruna Kauran Namoda said, the program is proudly supported by Nigerian Youth Future funds that are working towards the achieving the Nigeria they want. 

He said, there are other partners that have contributed for the program to eventually took place, which he said, are United States Of American government mission, United States Of American Mithigham University.

The Director noted that, for the past three days, they have been engaging 30 young people that have been drawn from across the Zamfara State, and 2 from each local government to train them on how to advocate for good governance, and hold leaders accountable. 

According to him, "At the end of the program, we decided to organize a youth summit when we are going to invite other number of young people to come and join them in advocating for good governance. 

"This is where we showcase their expertise, as well as we budgeted N2.1M, which is N150,000 for each local government, so that they will go back to the grassroots in their local government areas to conduct a step down training. 

"This is where they will invite other 100 young people across every local government to do a step down training for them. 

Highlights of the program was presentation of cheques to the leaders of Grassroot youth accountability network from the fourteen local government areas of the state as a start of the task they were trained for, by His royal Highness the Emir Of Kaura Namoda.
