Zamfara APC Jaji Faction Looses Weight As Hon, Ahmad Sharu Anka, 25 Organisations Under His Watch Reaffirm Their Support To APC

 An All Progressives Congress APC Stakeholder in Zamfara State Hon. Ahmad Sharu Anka and over 25 Organisations under his watch have dumped Hon. Aminu Sani Jaji's faction of the party  and reunite with the State chapter of the party being led by Senator Abdulaziz Yari and former Governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle.

Addressing the crowds of his supporters, Sharu said that he dumped the faction to join forces with Senator Yari and the current minister of State, Defense, Hon. Bello Mohammed Matawalle to move the party forward in the State.

He said, " As you can see all these people who gathered here are the representatives of my organization, which include Ahmad Sharu solidarity, Ahmad Sharu progressive, Ahmad Sharu volunteers, and the rest of them.
" You know the party will never progress if there is inhouse problem, I therefore  urge all the  aggrieved members to  come together ahead of 2027 general elections.

"We lost the 2019 and 2023 governorship elections in the State due to lack of unity in the party. The party is no longer ready to take any chance in 2027", he said.

Sharu was one time a chairman of Anka local government, and also two times commissioner during the tenure of former governor of Zamfara state, and presently a senator representing Zamfara West Senatorial District Abdul-Aziz Yari Abubakar. 

Responding, the State chairman of APC, Hon. Tukur Umar Danfulani, who spoke through the State Publicity Secretary of the party, Mallam Yusuf Idris Gusau expressed happiness to the development, discribing it as a sign of progress.

Danfulani explained that all the members who dumped the faction and reunite with the State chapter of the party would be treated equal with other members.

"The leadership of the party in the State has been working hard to address some certain issues ahead of 2027 general elections, except those who are destined to be destroyed.

He appealed to other aggrieved members of the party to return back and embrace peace with the leadership of the party.

The colourful ceremony which was held at Command Guest Inn Gusau, Zamfara State Capital was witnessed by the representatives of the two APC leaders in the state, and all Sharu's supporters from Anka local government.

Tsafe Development Forum Appeals For An Urgent Support To The Victims Of Bandits Attacks In Chediya Ward

  By Gambo Abubakar Kaduna  The Tsafe Local Government Development Forum has called on the philanthropists in Tsafe, Zamfara and Nigeria at large to urgently assist the victims of bandits attacks in Chediya Ward of  Tsafe local government in Zamfara state.  The victims who are now taking shelter in various Internal Displace Persons (IDPs) camps within Tsafe and its environs, were in need of foodstuffs, shelter and medication.
