He described the award as a recognition in both humbling and significant. adding that It affirms a clear political choice made by this administration: that governance must be people-centered, results-driven, and firmly rooted in equity, inclusion, and long-term development.
From the onset, the Governor made a deliberate commitment to agriculture as a strategic economic priority—not as subsistence activity, but as a driver of food security, employment, and industrial growth. By supporting farmers, expanding access to inputs, and strengthening agricultural value chains, this administration has positioned agriculture as a pillar of economic resilience.
He added that in the healthcare, the guiding principle has been simple but firm: good governance must protect human life. Investments in health infrastructure, personnel, and service delivery reflect a political will to strengthen public institutions and ensure that quality healthcare is not a privilege for the few, but a right for all.
"Our approach to infrastructure development has been strategic and intentional. Roads, public facilities, and critical infrastructure projects are not undertaken for symbolism, but to unlock economic opportunities, connect communities, and lay a durable foundation for sustainable growth" he said.
The Governor’s agenda on empowerment reflects a deep understanding of demographics and responsibility. Youths and women are not treated as political slogans, but as partners in progress. Through targeted empowerment programs, skills development, and enterprise support, this administration continues to invest in human capital as the true wealth of the state.
