NPSGGG Niger State Embarks on National Prayer for Tinubu, Gov Bago Administrations

The All Progressive Congress (APC) National  Prayer Support Group for Good Governance Niger state has called on members of the public to support the group with motivation and financial assistance to enable it carry out its activities, especially the organising of a national prayer in Abuja.

The Niger state chapter group  co ordinator, Princess Hajiya Hafsat Baba Gawu, made the appeal while speaking with media men in Minna, Niger state capital.

According to the coordinator  "the proposed national prayer is necessary as Nigeria continues to face serious challenges; lingering security and economic issues, and to seek divine guidance for leaders at all levels."

 Hajiya Binta Baba however noted that, the NPSGGG is a Faith driven Initiative aims on forstering good governance through intercessory prayers, advocacy and communities engagement.

 "We embarked on a collectives prayer and action seeking devine guidance for the leaders to promote values of integrity, justice and accountability in government."

 The coordinator also explained that, the group is aims to partner with others APC support groups whose dedication is to ensure good governance resonates to similar objectives.

  Speaking, the Chief Imam of Tunga Central Mosque, Sheikh Muhammad Salisu Isah Mai Dalalainu, said " the group is established to build a strong and united community serving for a peaceful coexistence for both spiritual and economic gain.

 "It's also aims to organize prayer session for the president, governors, local government Chairmen's and the good citizens of Nigeria."

 He also noted that, insecurity and other challenges bedeviled the country would be resolved through prayers, adding that God has promised to answer those who remain steadfast in supplication.

Also speaking, the Pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Minna,  expressed that, the NPSGGG embarked to operate a political group that's deeply invested in the vision of a prosperous and united Nigeria.

 "It's also to support, promote and encourage activities that will enhance member's capacity in respective of their ethnic and religion background in order to collectively achieve the desire objectives."
