Speaking at a media dialogue supported by UNICEF, Lawal said the drive aims to boost immunization coverage and reduce vaccine preventable diseases. 1,200 vaccination teams will be deployed across the state’s 147 wards.  The integrated campaign covers specific age ranges: Polio vaccine is for children 0 to 59 months; Routine Immunization (RI) is for those 0 to 23 months; and the measles rubella vaccine targets children 9 months to 14 years old.
